ASTM B575 UNS N06030 Plate, also known as Hastelloy G-30 Plate, is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that offers excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments. Nickel Alloy G30 Plate is used in applications ranging from chemical processing to pollution control, and is known for its reliability and durability.
The chemical composition of ASTM B575 UNS N06030 Plate is carefully designed to provide superior corrosion resistance. It contains 28-31% chromium, which forms a protective layer on the surface of the plate that resists corrosion. Additionally, the ASTM B575 UNS N06030 Plate contains 4-6% molybdenum, which enhances the corrosion resistance in harsh chemical environments, such as those found in the chemical processing industry.
Nickel Alloy G30 Plate is also known for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The addition of tungsten in the 2.4603 Sheet makes it an effective choice for applications where pitting and crevice corrosion are a concern, such as in seawater environments.
